Talent nurturing through cycling

We participate in races and have seen a big gap in terms of racers from the grass roots participating in races. There is a lot of untapped talent lying idle because of lack of bicycles in the villages, with little to no exposure to big races and events that have increased lately. Even when some races are held in their villages mainly mountain bike and gravel bike races, aspiring riders are not able to participate due to lack of equipment and practice. We want to change that narrative.
Most sponsors target already established riders and forget to nurture talent so it is a great opportunity to change lives in forgoten communities. Girls and boys from humble backgrounds need help to nurture their talent to get equal opportunities in races and events. Sports scholarships are on the increase though not able to get to get to the grass roots. Having a grass roots team will inspire villagers and villages. Kindly help us in our quest.
What we need
⮚ Quality bikes, both road and mountain bikes.
⮚ Safety riding equipment (helmets, gloves, goggles, reflectors, bike lights), cycling kits for both boys and girls.
